Vocation

QPM NewBiz belongs to the Accompaniment range, whose objective is to provide a framework for professionals in accompanying people. These applications are intended for professionals called up to accompany people either individually or in the professional setting (psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, Human Resources consultants, trainers, etc.). QPM®makes available to them a range of tools to help measure such aspects as behaviors, stress, anxiety, emotional intelligence, primary behavior types, as well as the possibility to perform statistical studies and barometers for monitoring purposes.

In less than one minute QPM NewBiz results enable a professional to identify a person’s entrepreneurial potential, their strengths and paths for progress. Thanks to objective indicators it also yields an instantaneous and reliable result on the accompaniment needs and provides confirmation and refinement of the professional’s own analysis. The thousands of measurements performed using QPM DPRH have enabled establishing correlations between the different criteria on these tables, veritable bridges that provide an accurate overall vision of the person and their behavior styles. During the training, the users learn to identify the different criteria that are significant of the measured person’s condition and the behaviors that this condition will generate. This “in vivo” reading is very useful to the accompanying professional both in terms of the information that it provides to him, and the credibility that it confers in the eyes of his customer.
